|
The main purpose of this study is the analysis on 'Ten Ox Herding Pictures(尋牛圖) and selfless(無我)`The Dependent Arising(緣起) theory reflection on overcome process of nuclear feeling. In this study, the self-narrative inquiry method was selected and analyzed as the most appropriate research method to investigate the emotional experience and meaning of the research`s own growth process on a specific topic of overcoming the nuclear feeling. The results of the study are summarized as follows. We have experienced that the overcoming of nuclear feelings has a limit to be completely solved by western psychotherapy methods. Therefore, we concluded that it is most effective to use the Vipassana meditation method together to overcoming of nuclear feelings. In order to overcome the nuclear feelings, it is necessary to clearly see what their nuclear feelings are. The researcher`s nuclear feelings overcorrection was different from the existing theory in that the biginning of the nuclear feelings was from the time of the birth of a child and it was an experience that could completely heal it. In addition to this, in order to complete the nuclear feelings, it is necessary not only to treat the fetal period, but also to empathize, empathize and comfort all the emotions that have been fixed since the birth. And I have found that starting from the birth of the fetus, and working on my image of the past is a much more effective approach in the healing process. The complete solution of the nuclear feelings is a pure heart that I must solve my problem completely, my own emotions, and then I meet with the child exactly, empathize and empathize with the wholehearted mind, and then the assurance that the child is completely healed I have experienced that complete resolution is possible when persevering until the end. Finally, I overcome the nuclear feelings, but I found that did`t answer the question "Who am I?","What is the truth?". From the 8th step, the methodology must be completely changed in such a way as to leave the conceptual framework of nuclear feelings and ask about the origin of existence. In order to realize the truth, we have to inquire and deeply inquire "who this has happened to". Steps8 through 10 will be studied in other papers.
